Silent Auction
Bid, win, and make a difference. Join us for our Silent Auction running November 3–5 at St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino in Cranbrook, BC. Bidding opens Monday, Nov 3 and closes on Wednesday, Nov 5 at 8:00 pm. Part proceeds support Care Camps Foundation, helping bring joy, hope, and healing power of the outdoors to children with cancer and their families at medically supervised pediatric oncology camps.

How It Works
1. Visit, Browse & Bid the auction tables and enter your bid on the corresponding bid sheets.
2. Don’t forget to revisit the tables during the conference to see if you’ve been outbid. You can increase your bid anytime before closing.
3. Closing & Winners will be announced closing time on Nov 5 ( 8pm), the highest eligible bid wins. Winners will be announced and notified. Pay at the registration desk and take your item (or arrange shipping).
Why Your Bid and your donation Matters
Your generosity helps kids with cancer attend specialized oncology camp programs across Canada. Every item you bid on directly supports special programs designed to bring the healing power of the outdoors and shared community to these kids and their families.
Donate An Item
We welcome contributions from operators, suppliers, and sponsor partners. Popular donation items include:
· Gift Cards for places like BC Liquor Stores, Department stores, grocery stores, excursions and attractions.
· Outdoor gear, RV accessories, themed bundles
· Professional services for operators (consulting, credits, training).
If your item you wish to donate is of a larger stature, we ask that you ship to the winning bidder after the conference (just provide photos via email).

In your email, please include: • Item name & short description (what’s included, restrictions, expiry)
Three photos of the donated item • Estimated retail value and any blackout dates • Donor name/logo and a contact person (email + phone) • Whether the item will be shipped in advance or delivered on site
